Dr Papaleo gave me the care and prescription I needed. However, the communication was not great. She ended the meeting spontaneously while I still had questions and did not respond to me via the other chat box. This was stressful because I didn’t know if or when she would send the prescription for medication I needed urgently and it was unclear whether she had the correct email address for me
